The Black Prince

Let me tell you a little more about what we do. At Prince Noir, we love to combine French tradition with a touch of contemporary creativity. This is what gives life to unique dishes and moments, in which we are committed to highlighting the best of our region. Artisans, producers, winemakers, and many others who inspire us every day.

Cooking is as important to us as the way we tell you about it, but we also pay close attention to our environmental impact. We reduce our carbon footprint, the use of plastic and cleaning products, we make our own compost and our own substrate for our market gardeners, and many other things… All these small gestures that are good for the planet have earned us a Michelin green star, in addition to our classic red star.

When you come to see us, thanks to Norbert Fradin (owner and friend), you will discover a truly special place. It is a mix of modern and romantic with a hint of rock and roll, with an incredible view of the Aquitaine bridge and the nearby castle. We have worked hard to create a space where time seems to stand still.

At Prince Noir, every dish is an adventure. I am extremely proud to work with my entire team. We are like musicians, perfecting each recipe so that you have the best on your plate.
